Resolved”. According
to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, to resolve means to “reach a firm
decision about”. We find

reference to health, weight, habits, family etc. As we enter 2004, we should all reach a firm
decision about certain things. Let us
all say “I am resolved”…
To Study More. The Bible places great

Paul commanded Timothy to “give attention to reading” (I Timothy
To Teach Others. We are taught to teach
others (II Timothy 2:2). Christians in
the first century took this responsibility quite seriously. In fact, Paul could say that the Gospel had

To Obey God. We must reach a firm decision to obey God
as Joshua did. In Joshua 24:15 he said,
“But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” If we purpose in our hearts to obey God, we
will find it easier to overcome temptation.
Obedience is of utmost importance because it is necessary to go to
Heaven after this life has ended. Be
resolved to obey God.
